04

Our team will coordinate the initial setup, review your instructions and begin providing support according to your agreed start date and service schedule.

Service activation depends on payment confirmation, completion of the onboarding process and receipt of the information and access necessary to begin operations.

4. Service Plans and Pricing

Our standard recurring service fee is US$219 per week.

Your selected plan or personalized Service Summary will confirm the included services, working hours, service volume, billing frequency and any applicable additional charges.

Additional expenses, such as software subscriptions, CRM licenses, phone numbers, messaging fees, third-party integrations and services outside your selected plan, are billed separately unless otherwise specified.

Any changes to your service requirements that affect staffing, workload, hours, communication channels or technology may result in pricing adjustments. These changes will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments must be made according to the billing schedule and payment method selected during onboarding.

The applicable due date, additional-service rates and any charges for usage exceeding your plan's included hours or volume will be specified in your Service Summary.

If payment is overdue, we may temporarily suspend services after notifying you and providing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the outstanding balance.

All services and approved expenses incurred before cancellation remain payable.

6. Your Responsibilities

To deliver reliable and efficient assistance, we need your cooperation and accurate business information.

You are responsible for providing the following when applicable:

  • Updated business information, service descriptions, pricing and operating policies.

  • Customer service instructions, approved scripts and frequently asked questions.

  • Necessary access to calendars, email accounts, CRM systems and other authorized tools.

  • A designated contact person responsible for operational decisions and approvals.

  • Clear instructions for handling customer requests, complaints, urgent matters and escalations.

  • Required software licenses, lawful customer contact lists and appropriate communication permissions.

You remain responsible for maintaining administrator access to your platforms, safeguarding your business information and backing up your data.

Our team will follow your approved instructions and will not independently change your prices, issue refunds, accept contracts, make payments or commit your business to financial or legal obligations without your specific written authorization.

7. Our Commitment to You

We are committed to delivering professional, reliable and organized business support.

Our team will follow your approved procedures, maintain appropriate communication, protect your business information and report matters requiring your attention.

We may assign or replace qualified remote assistants as necessary to maintain service continuity. Our team may include professionals working outside the United States, unless your selected service specifically requires U.S.-only access.

Although we work to provide consistent service, we cannot guarantee specific sales results, revenue increases, uninterrupted third-party platform availability or the complete absence of operational errors.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

Protecting confidential business information is a priority for both FR Human Assistant Solutions and our clients.

We treat non-public information shared during our working relationship as confidential. This includes customer records, business strategies, pricing, financial information, CRM databases, access credentials, internal procedures, communications and other proprietary information.

Both you and our team agree to use confidential information only for purposes related to the services, take reasonable measures to protect it and avoid sharing it with unauthorized third parties.

Confidential information may be shared with authorized employees, subcontractors or professional advisors when necessary, provided they are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

These confidentiality commitments remain in effect throughout the service relationship and for five years after it ends. Trade secrets remain protected for as long as they retain their legally protected status.

Information that is already public, lawfully obtained from another source or independently developed without using confidential information is not subject to these confidentiality restrictions.

9. Data Protection and Account Security

You retain ownership of your customer data, contact lists, business records and information provided to us.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and operational safeguards to help protect the information accessed or managed by our team.

Access is limited to authorized personnel who need the information to deliver your services. If we confirm a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay and reasonably cooperate in addressing the incident.

You are responsible for your own privacy notices, customer consents, data-retention requirements and data backups.

Highly sensitive information, including full payment-card details, Social Security numbers, protected medical information and biometric data, must not be stored in your CRM or shared with our assistants unless expressly authorized and supported by any additional compliance arrangements required by applicable law.

10. Customer Communications and Compliance

When we communicate with your customers on your behalf, we follow the information, scripts, contact lists and instructions you provide.

You are responsible for ensuring that your customer information is accurate, your contact lists have been obtained lawfully and the necessary permissions have been obtained for calls, emails, SMS messages and promotional campaigns.

Both sides are expected to comply with applicable communication, consumer-protection, privacy and marketing laws, including relevant U.S. federal and Florida requirements.

We reserve the right to decline or suspend instructions that reasonably appear unlawful, misleading, unsafe or inconsistent with applicable platform policies.

11. Technology, CRM and AI Tools

Our services may involve CRM platforms, scheduling systems, messaging applications, telephone systems and other approved business technologies.

When included in your plan, we may also configure or manage virtual receptionist services and AI-powered automation.

You will be responsible for approving relevant automated messages, business information, operational instructions and situations requiring escalation to a human assistant.

Automated responses may contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing important business information and decisions.

Third-party platforms are subject to their own terms, pricing, technical requirements and availability. We cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation or assume responsibility for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

12. Ownership of Your Work

Your customer information and the reports, documents and other deliverables specifically created for your business become your property upon full payment.

FR Human Assistant Solutions and Market Ink USA, Inc. retain ownership of their pre-existing tools, templates, methodologies, internal procedures, software and professional expertise.

13. Changes to Your Service

Your business needs may change, and we are happy to review your service requirements as they evolve.

Requests involving additional hours, new communication channels, increased service volume, expanded CRM management, additional languages or other operational changes must be reviewed and confirmed in writing.

Changes may affect pricing, staffing or implementation schedules. Any applicable adjustments will be agreed upon before they take effect.

14. Cancellation and Service Termination

Either you or FR Human Assistant Solutions may terminate the service by providing at least 30 days' written notice.

If either side materially fails to meet its obligations, the affected side may request that the issue be corrected within 10 days after written notification. Serious circumstances, including fraud, unlawful activity, significant security risks, misuse of confidential information or repeated nonpayment, may result in immediate termination.

When your service ends, any outstanding fees for services provided and approved expenses incurred through the termination date must be paid.

Upon request, we will provide reasonable assistance with the transfer of your files, information and authorized access. Transition services outside your existing plan may involve additional charges.

15. Service Limitations and Responsibility

We take reasonable care in delivering our services, but certain outcomes and technical conditions remain outside our control.

Neither side is responsible to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business opportunities or profits, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Except for specified circumstances, including payment obligations, fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, intellectual property misuse and violations of applicable communication requirements, each side's total liability is limited to the service fees paid or payable during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Each side is responsible for third-party claims resulting from its own material breaches, unlawful conduct or serious misconduct, subject to the applicable conditions and limitations.

16. Applicable Terms and Dispute Resolution

Our services are provided by MARKET INK USA, INC., a Florida corporation based in West Palm Beach, Florida.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

If a disagreement arises, both sides agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication for at least 30 days, except where urgent legal protection is necessary.

If the matter cannot be resolved, disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida, as specified in the applicable service terms.

Events beyond either side's reasonable control, including widespread service outages, natural disasters and other major disruptions, may affect service delivery. In such situations, we will communicate relevant disruptions and take reasonable steps to minimize their impact.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the onboarding process, subscribing to our services and confirming your acceptance, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

Your selected service plan, Service Summary and any additional terms expressly agreed upon in writing will define your specific service arrangement.

Any changes to the agreed terms for an active service will require written confirmation by both sides.
